We had an awesome experience, the chicken was seasoned and fried to perfection. Our server checked on us several times, our plates were quickly cleared from the table but not in way that made us feel rushed. That bathroom is immaculately clean. There is a sign posted that a 20% service charge is added to the check.
I loved our experience! Came in on a Friday night and was sat right away. Drinks were good and strong. Food did take a while but the customer service was so great I did not mind. Every staff member checked on us several times. The food!!! The food was great! I will be back. New here from Dallas and glad to have stumbled across this gem.
Fantastic experience, Justin, our server was great. I am a grit connoisseur, and I can say with authority that the grits were top notch. Fried catfish was tasty and also some of the best I’ve ever tried. One thing is, the burger was a little dry. Only complaint I have.
I've come here for different events upstairs like Unlimited Brunch, Paint & Sip, and last night was Jazz Night featuring Devin Crutcher. He put on a great show! Frank walked around getting everyone and making sure everybody was good. Our server Andrea was phenomenal. She was very attentive and very pleasant. Their unique menu has a variety of cocktails and eats.
My honey and I had an incredible experience at 111 Madison! The food was absolutely unmatched every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. What made the afternoon even better was the exceptional service. Our server, Justin, was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. “GET INTO IT” Can’t wait to come back again!
Went to memphis for less than 24 hours and got to try One11Madison. Food was great! Got the watermelon refresher and chicken&waffles. Ambiance was also good - very lounge bar vibes, fancy too. Justin was the server and he gave good recommendations.
What a cool place! There's parking around the corner on the street and in a garage. The food was great - we had the avocado toast and the omelette, the bacon was next level! Our server, Zoey, was so warm and helpful, and she told us about their theme nights (pizza night, etc) and event space upstairs -- We will totally go back!
Braised short rib was a fair portion and good flavor. The mashed potatoes it came with was very good, the asparagus was decent/acceptable. The pesto shrimp pasta was excellent and quite the welcome surprise. Justin was great and very friendly
